I’m committed to running an inclusive, affirming space for women, non-binary folks, and anyone who’s ever felt like the traditional business world wasn’t built for them. That includes being anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, body positive, and doing my best to make my content and services accessible.
I know inclusivity isn’t a checkbox - it’s ongoing work. I’m always learning (and unlearning), and I welcome feedback if there’s something I could be doing better.

No Bullshit Business Club Community Guidelines
Disclaimer: Client agrees and understands Coach/Consultant is not providing the professional services of a solicitor, accountant, nutritionist, financial planner, therapist or any other kind of licensed or certified professional. Coaching/Consulting is not directive advice, counselling, or therapy. Coaching/Consulting may include identifying goals, brainstorming, identifying resources, setting priorities, creating action plans, skills training, providing examples, etc.
Behaviour: Client agrees that the content shared by all participants is confidential and not to be shared outside of No Bullshit Business Club™️. Client understands that spirit of community is incredibly important and behaviour that the coach determines to undermine the community will be addressed immediately and directly. Client agrees that if they were to share content outside of the group they would risk removal from the programme and be invoiced for any remaining instalments.
Client acknowledges that No Bullshit Business Club™️ is welcoming to queer, trans, and gender non-binary people. Language or behaviour that is considered by the coach to be racist, sexist, transphobic, ableist or homophobic will not be tolerated. This includes sharing content into the community from other creators who hold these views.
Client agrees to raise any issues with the programme delivery directly with Coach as soon as possible.
Client agrees to the community value of "give as much as you take" from the group and that the membership is not a replacement for 1:1 coaching.
Client understands that any content posted inside the membership that is not authentic and not aligned with the community value may be removed by Coach without warning.
Client understands that their participation includes a mix of attending calls, watching replays of calls, participating in group threads, and responding to other members within the community.
Client understands that they will be invited by Coach to work one on one if their behaviour in the group demonstrates to Coach that they require more support than the group and group members can deliver and that this is impacting the group dynamic as determined by Coach.
