Why I’m Ditching "Coach" and Owning My Name
For a while now, I’ve been known online as Rachel Your Digital Coach. But let’s be honest—that title has never quite fit. While coaching is one of the things I do, it’s only a small part of how I help self-employed service providers build a business that works for them (instead of feeling like they’re working for it).
So, I’m making it official. No more labels that put me in a box. From now on, I’m just Rachel Gronback.
Why the Change?
Because I’m not just a coach. I’m also:
✅ A strategist who helps you get clear on what actually moves the needle in your business.
✅ A consultant who cuts through the noise and gives you a plan that makes sense for you.
✅ A mentor who’s been in the trenches and knows what it takes to build something sustainable.
✅ A project manager who keeps you accountable and helps you get things done.
My work has always been about blending strategy, structure, and no-nonsense action. And let’s be real—people don't hire me just for coaching. They hire me because they want someone who will help them figure things out and actually make them happen.
What This Means for You
Nothing about how I work is changing—just how I talk about it. Whether you need clarity, a plan, or a solid push in the right direction, I’m still here for it. But now, I’m embracing what I’ve always been: more than a coach.
So, if you’re ready to finally get your business working the way you actually want it to, let’s chat. No fluff. No bullshit. Just real support to get you where you want to go.
